On October 13, Hunan Provincial International and Regional Scientific and Technological Cooperation Workshop was held in HNAC International Technical Exchanges Center. Zhu Wan, Deputy Director-general of China Hunan Provincial Science & Technology Department, Li Hongsheng, Deputy Director General of International and Regional Scientific and Technological Cooperation Bureau of Hunan Provincial Science & Technology Department, Investigator Wang Tianhui and relevant leaders participated in the workshop and listened to opinions and suggestions of HNAC, the 48th Institute of China Electronics Technology Corporation, Changsha Huashijie Environmental Protection Technology Development Co., Ltd. Hunan Jianglu Rundar etc. on international scientific and technological cooperation work. Wang Xiaobing, General Manager and Miao Honglei, Deputy General Manager of HNAC participated in the workshop.
This workshop was arranged as per spirit of National Science and Technology Innovation Conference and Hunan Provincial Innovation Driven Development Strategy and aimed to complete the preparation of 2017 International and Regional Scientific and Technological Cooperation Guide well and further give play to the policy guidance effect.
At the workshop, the investigating group carried out investigation combining with the key work of international scientific and technological cooperation. All enterprises made statements and communicated with each other on scientific research cooperation situation in the course of internationalization. When talking about successful experience and “sore points” in the process of enterprises’ “going out”, representatives discussed warmly.
Wang Xiaobing, General Manager of HNAC introduced situation of HNAC’s international scientific and technological cooperation and overseas market expansion. In recent years, HNAC has undertaken many foreign projects based on experiences in providing technical and product services for Africa, Asia and Latin America etc. for many years. At present, HNAC has established administrative bodies in Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Chile, Zambia etc. and HNAC’s teams stay in local countries throughout the year for carrying out businesses. In the meantime, HNAC actively participates in international technical exchanges and hopes to share international advanced control technologies so as to promote the enterprise’s scientific and technological innovation.
All enterprise representatives also shared their successful experiences in international scientific research cooperation and market exploitation: all of these approaches, such as the actual achievements obtained from undertaking the international scientific and technological cooperation projects of Ministry of Science and Technology and making them form new profit growth point, building laboratories jointly by enterprises and foreign organizations, participating in formulation and issuance of international standards, participating in overseas exhibitions and holding international training workshops etc., can promote enterprises’ brands influences in foreign countries. In the meantime, representatives participating in the workshop expressed to hope governments to build the platforms and channels for docking with foreign technologies and talents as well as for overseas cooperation.
After listening to statements, the investigating group answered related problems and introduced the relevant policies supporting enterprises to carry out international scientific and technological cooperation. Deputy Director-general Zhu Wan encouraged enterprises to grab and seize the advantageous opportunity of national development policies and combine the policy guidance with enterprise development, actively expand international markets along the “One Belt and One Road” and go out to seek development.
Representatives expressed one after another that they will closely follow2017Hunan Provincial International and Regional Scientific and Technological Cooperation Guide, which is about to be issued, carry out scientific research cooperation as per their own demands, use Chinese brilliant enterprises’ experience in overseas expansion for reference, take advantages of the east wind of “One Belt and One Road” and integrate the upstream and downstream superior resources of the industrial chain so as to improve their scientific research competitiveness, “exploit markets” overseas together, “develop” a new blue ocean and convey the strong voice of “China manufacturing” to the world.
